"Profitability Roadmap" for Women Entrepreneurs

The “Profitability Roadmap” program is designed for female entrepreneurs in Armenia. It is aimed at increasing business profitability, developing business thinking and strategic planning skills, developing a profitability roadmap for the company for the next 12 months.

What the Program Offers?

By the end of the program, each participant will have:

A customized 12-month profitability roadmap for their business
A clear understanding of current operations, key directions, and resources
Defined financial and strategic goals
New insights gained through group workshops and discussions
Targeted support through individual mentoring sessions

Program Components

The program includes:

Group training sessions
One-on-one mentoring
A final “tune-up” stage to refine the profitability roadmap and define practical next steps

Who Can Apply

The program is designed for women entrepreneurs in Armenia who:

Are citizens of the Republic of Armenia
Have a registered business (LLC, sole proprietorship, or other legal form) operating for at least 1 year
Have an annual turnover of 3–4 million AMD as of 2025
Are ready to invest time and focus into strategic growth and improved profitability

Funding & Participation Fee

The program is co-funded by a donor:

90% of the participation fee is covered by the donor
The participant’s co-payment is approximately 80,000 AMD
(The final amount may vary slightly depending on the EUR exchange rate.)
